Information for Speakers

Recording your presentation

* Presentation length

Please ensure your presentation is 10 minutes long. On the day of the conference, after your presentation, there will be 5 minutes for live questions.

* Instruction for recording your presentation: https://clients.glocast.com/dl/weOVJmhfzW

We suggest using Zoom to record your presentation, however you are able to record using another system as long as a .mp4 video file is submitted, ideally with a small video window of you talking as this makes the presentation much livelier for virtual conferences.

* Upload your presentation: https://glocast.com/upload/

Once you have recorded your presentation you can upload it using the above link. Contact us if you have any technical questions emailing our AV company: upload@glocast.com

The submission deadline is Monday 3rd of August
